December 3, 2009  - The majority of the work associated with the interior roadways will be complete before Christmas 2009. There will be minor clean up work that will be completed in the Spring of 2010.

The majority of the interior roadways will however remain closed to public traffic. The Stonebreak Road entrance from Route 9 will be open but the remainder of the roads will be closed to traffic. This includes the connection to Cold Springs Road on the eastern side of the park. Barriers and signage will be placed on all access points to prevent traffic from entering the closed roadways by mistake.
