Creighton Manning Engineering, LLP is a professional engineering and surveying firm located in Albany, New York. Originally established in 1965, the firm has been recognized across upstate New York for over 40 years for its expertise in local and regional transportation planning and traffic engineering. Our professional services include highway and bridge design, civil/site design, land surveying and construction supervision. Our clients include state agencies, various County Highway Departments, cities, towns, Metropolitan Planning Organizations, economic development agencies and major corporations.
