We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions to complement our existing transportation and
civil/site services:

Construction Inspectors

Creighton Manning is seeking graduate engineers for construction inspection opportunities on upcoming highway and bridge projects in New York State. This is a great opportunity for new engineers to start their career in the field, providing the practical foundation needed to become successful designers. Construction inspection experience on NYSDOT projects is preferred, but not required.

Creighton Manning is also accepting resumes for experienced construction inspectors for highway and bridge construction projects. NICET certification, or equivalent experience, is required.

Water Resources Engineer

We are currently seeking qualified individuals with 5 – 7 years of experience working on water resources projects, with an emphasis in wastewater collection, storm water conveyance and/or water distribution projects. Experience with hydraulic design calculations and utility layout. Must be able to perform utility design tasks on AutoCad/Land Development and Civil 3D as well as ArcGIS and Microsoft Office. Proficient with Hydrology / Hydraulic software including HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, Water/Sewer CAD and other commonly used software.

The position requires sound organizational skills, written and oral communication skills and analytical skills. Must be able to work effectively in team situations with co-workers and clients. Must be able to lead a team of design engineers and project designers through the planning and design of wastewater collection, storm water conveyance and/or water distribution projects.

This position will assist Project Managers on project development tasks and be responsible for independent and successful completion of mid-level planning and design tasks for water resources projects. Also lead a small team of design engineers and/or project designers on detailed design tasks for water, wastewater, and storm water utility infrastructure projects.

Daily tasks to include planning and design services for water, wastewater, and storm water utility projects. These tasks may include the following:
