Project Description:

Creighton Manning Engineering has provided engineering and support services on a variety of redevelopment and new branch sites for Key Bank.  Project locations are generally within New York State ranging from Dutchess County to northern and central New York.  As part of the development team, CME works with Key Bank’s designated architect to assist with site selection, due diligence and site investigations, traffic studies, engineering design, regulatory permitting, and construction phase services.

Firm Role:

Creighton Manning Engineering is the civil engineering consultant responsible for various site and infrastructure design elements, and regulatory permitting of the site development.  Services provided by Creighton Manning include:
