Project Description:

This is a three-year term agreement with the New York State Thruway Authority/Canal Corporation to provide professional land surveying services in the Champlain Canal area on an as-needed basis. The vast majority of work is residential property line surveying and mapping required prior to the sale of Canal lands. The land parcels are generally small in size and located in rural areas. The term agreement is for the performance of boundary line surveying services not connected with an engineering project.

Firm Role:

Creighton Manning Engineering, as prime consultant, provides all field work, research, surveying and mapping for all tasks assigned on the Term Agreement.
